CLASS FORMAT: Burn more calories, in less time, during this INTENSE cardio dance class--while holding three pounds. HEALTH BENEFITS OF HOOPING
Using the hoop around the waist massages the lymph nodes, which release toxins from our body. There are a large number of lymph nodes in the stomach area.
The massaging effect breaks down fat cells.
The use of the weighted hoop firms and trims the waist area. We contract our muscles while the weighted hoop presses against our body.
As adults, it's easier to hoop with a weighted hoop.
